cuban ropa vieja
This one has a cult following. It translates to "old clothes" given it's shredded. A cuban version of sweet and sour beef. Unlike the rest of our meats, there is no heat in Ropa Vieja.
Tomato and vinegar based. It packs a ton of flavor, and has been a crowd favorite from day 1.
what's in my ropa?
Sear our meat to lock in the juice.
Add the rest of the ingredients and just like most good things in life, we wait.
Shred and serve over corn or flour tortillas and pico de gallo.
