Breakfast Tacos
three tortillas with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and chorizo. topped with salsa, Honduran-style crema and pico de gallo.

Huevos Rancheros
Two fried tortillas topped with refried beans, chorizo, fried eggs, salsa, Honduran-style crema, pico de gallo and guacamole. (salsa roja and salsa verde available)

Chilaquiles
Corn tortilla chips tossed in red or green salsa, topped with cheese, sour cream, pickled onions and a fried egg.

Platanos Maduros
Ripe plantains filled with refreid beans and cheese. topped with Honduran-style crema and pickled onions.

Breakfast Burrito
scrambled eggs, potatoes, chorizo, beans wrapped in a large tortilla. topped with salsa , pico de gallo, and Honduran-style crema.
